# wget http://www.appgate.com/mindterm/MindTerm-2.3.1/mindterm_2.3.1-bin.zip
# unzip mindterm_2.3.1-bin.zip

That's it!

Try it again it should work. I just tested on Mozilla 1.3 on RH80 with blackdown j2re-1.4.1-01-linux-i586-gcc3.2.bin and it works great.
